Designed to bring the CP2’s 270-degree firing order to life, this system significantly increases exhaust flow and shaves over 4kg off the bike’s overall weight. That’s a meaningful improvement in power-to-weight, alongside a throaty exhaust note that feels right at home on the R7. With the option of our shorty, flanker, and alpha mufflers this system doesn’t just unlock performance, it lets you tailor the sound and look to suit your build. Whether you’re chasing a bold track-ready aesthetic or something more refined, we’ve got you covered. Available in raw stainless, with black or bronze Cerakote available on selected models.
Each system is tuned to bring out the best of the R7’s CP2 engine—producing a sharper throttle response and a deeper, more characterful tone. All systems come with our standard baffle installed and can be adjusted to suit your setup with our optional Quietcore insert.

Construction & Finish Options
Built from TIG-welded 304 stainless steel, every system is hydroformed for ideal exhaust flow, durability, and weight reduction. The Flanker muffler includes a gloss carbon fibre tip and stainless mesh grille, while selected systems are available in black or bronze Cerakote for increased corrosion resistance and stealth styling.
